Nachhaltigkeit beginnt da, wo Dinge lange halten

Sustainability begins where things last a long time.

Our pants and shorts are made for more than just the climb to the wall. They have to prove themselves – in a shoulder pull where only physical exertion counts, in a kneebar on rough tufa on Kalymnos, or in a runout through a slab riddled with sharp drip holes high above the Verdon Gorge.

Such expeditions demand clothing that won't give out at the first contact with the rock. That's why we use robust, durable materials – not for looks, but for life out there. Our trousers are light enough not to bother you, and strong enough not to let you down.

Yes, they are a bit more robust. Perhaps even a little more stubborn. But that's precisely what makes them special. Because favorite pieces aren't created by lightness alone – but by what remains when everything else has already given way.

During development, we deliberately sought a compromise – and when in doubt, opted for the more durable fabric. Because it's important to us that you can rely on your clothing. Even after years. Even after countless tours.

For us, sustainability means not only organic materials or fair production – but also: products that last. Pants that climb, fall, and sweat with you – and keep going. Pieces that don't give up at the first sign of wear, but become more of a part of you with every climb.

You know how it is with your favorite jeans: with every wash, they get softer, thinner – and eventually, they're worn out. Our trousers are designed to last as long as possible before they reach that point. Because true sustainability also means having to replace less.
